Overseas Shipping
NOTE : WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.
If you want to send an item overseas you have purchased
from us, open the package to check it is in perfect condition and the correct product. Repackage as you received it, it is designed to withstand postal travel, and send off to your destination.
Sorry, but as we are not repackaging and sending ourselves, we cannot be held responsible for any mishaps that may happen to it in international post.

INSECTS THAT REQUIRE DOCUMENTATION OR FUMIGATION ON ENTRY.
If your purchasing a "Birdwing" butterfly,
their trade is regulated by CITES to maintain populations from over exploitation and so require official documentation to travel with the frames if sent between countries.
While we can provide this documentation, it does not mean it may not incur problems and delays. Our first recommendation would be to buy "Birdwings" in the country you intend to stay,
most are available world-wide. You should discuss with us before
deciding.
Also, in some countries, regulations surrounding insects and animals are such that it may require treatment to be carried
out on any material. Being framed does assist transit, but again is not an assurance that you may not be asked to have the item Formalin
or Methyl Bromide treated.
It pays to inquire with the country you intend taking it to as quarantine laws vary with every country. If in doubt, ask us.
Always keep the packaging the product arrived in, in case the unthinkable happens and needs to be returned to us for replacement or credit.
